Like all great athletes, when you train your muscles you push them beyond where they normally go so you strengthen that muscle and have more gas in the tank when you go to use that muscle in performance.

Your vocal muscles are exactly the same. In these next videos you'll be working your vocal muscles and pushing beyond your comfort zone to strengthen and train your muscles.

You need to start thinking about your voice as your entire body, not just the muscles in your voice box and mouth. Your body is your instrument.
